Alfonso Alcala

With over 20 years of banking, finance, biopharmaceutical, technology and management consulting experience, Alfonso has strong sales, marketing, and project management credentials. Alfonso lead eMarketing for major life science companies, built a Big-5 eBusiness consulting practice to help clients bring new products to market, and has held executive management roles at multiple technology start-up companies during initial growth phases to assist in market research, business/marketing planning, product management, and funding activities. 

Alfonso is an accomplished public speaker and has represented various companies at public events.  He is affiliated with Toastmasters International and helped establish Toastmaster clubs in the past.

Alfonso holds a B.S. from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona in Information Systems and an MBA from American InterContinental University in Global Business Technology Management.

Sue Semokaitis

Sue has 29 years of experience in providing marketing, technology, organizational development and operational support to pharmaceutical, high-tech, entertainment, and manufacturing industries.  In 1993, as CEO, she co-founded TSCO, INC. serving 250 corporations nationwide.  Initially, TSCO provided turn-key custom database applications designed to streamline operations and build relationships.  In 1995, TSCO created a recurring revenue generator, one of the first interactive Web-based survey services on the Internet, while developing and hosting B2B and B2C sites.  Then, before the decline of the dot com industry, divesting and diversifying in 1999, TSCO sold the survey product and hosting services business, and strategically focused the company to provide eMarketing contract services: strategic planning, business analysis, marketing, sales, and general management.

Sue combines the formality of her 15 years with IBM, Tandem Computers, Metaphor Corporation, and Prism Ltd in consulting, sales, marketing, national account management, and systems engineering with 14 “shirt-sleeve” years of building businesses from the ground up. 

Sue holds a B.A. from Indiana University in Biology and Psychology.
